The Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) is a unique program providing students with the skills & knowledge to work in a range of commercial kitchens where food production and presentation skills and menu preparation are imperative for securing a promising successful career as a chef or on completion you may choose to complete a Trade Skills Recognition in order to qualify for a Trade Qualification.

A variety of "on campus" restaurant facilities provide you with the practical experience required to fulfill the work placement requirements of your course.
